Is OSU-PSU 2010 ...

    ... the only game in the history of college football where the game was played and neither team was credited with a win or a loss, and yet did not end in a tie? Still not 100% clear how the vacated wins scenarios work, but with both teams having to vacate wins in 2010, I wasn't sure if there was ever a scenario like this.

    It still counts as a loss.
