Fatal shooting involving (former?) Auburn football players?

  • Cat Food Flambe'
The Auburn police are being extra-quiet about this unfolding situation... not a lot of facts yet. But - at least they weren't selling stuff for tattoos. :(

The link didn't work for me but some details are coming now on Twitter.

Why would you even compare it to the tattoo scandal if they are former players?

maybe they are former players because they are dead?

And it was a joke anyways.

Read that 2 of dead were not on the AU football roster, but were at one point.

Good thread over on reddit about it, including some people who lived at the apartment complex where it happened.

More details... of the three who were fatally shot, two were "players on last year's roster". One had quit the team, the other had been injured. One of the three woundered was termed a "current player". The media is really pussyfooting around with the language (perhaps rightfully so).

Sad as it is, had these been TOSU players, the headlines would be "BUCKEYES INVOLVED IN MASS MURDER".

No it wouldn't. That assumption is stupid.

You start a thread about former Auburn players being shot and killed but yet somehow managed to rip on OSU twice so what is this thread "really" about?
