    Even if his story is true, that's not the only thing that he did that was a violation of NCAA rules. (God's work, C'mon Terrelle even you can do better than that) I don't want to read his dumbass book or even hear anything else he has to say, his era is done at OSU and we have all moved on so STFU, no one cares anymore.

    He got 585,000 dollar signing bonus...plus almost 800k over two years. Another million plus during the last two years.

    Most pro athletes go broke. Knowing Pryor and how big of a moron he is, he's probably already 2-3 million in debt.

    MOST? I doubt most NFL football players are broke. Now if you include anyone that has ever received a paycheck for sports, then you may have a point. Those stories are shocking, but not prevelant.

    I think that people believe that every pro makes $5 million+/ year. That isn't the case. Take the average salary and the average career, and you'll see that "most" players run out of money quickly. Even if they get a regular job, it's not going to be remotely close to their NFL salary. That drop in salary with the debt that they most likely have doesn't bode well.

    People like Tom Brady, Peyton Manning won't go broke.

    Hell look at T.O. he was considered one of the best WRs of the last 10 years, and I'm pretty sure he's broke now; even with a tv show and modeling/acting gigs.

    Exactly. It's a joke. They are getting a free college education and they get a monthly stipend. It's more than enough to live on and to buy a few toys. "Woe is me, I only get $1300 a month in Columbus + free food + free education".

    Amazing stat really. I am just glad I am a public employee and my retirement at 52 is secured. God willing that gives me 40 years living off of the taxpayers.
