The Big Ten

  • sportchampps
Well OSU is in the sweet 16 already. Who else from the Big 10 will make it?

I'll say OSU, IU, MSU, Wisky all advance.

Michigan is the only bad loss for the BIG so far. Having the best start of any conference .

I think Vandy is peaking at the right time to beat Wisconsin.

    Vandy got a nice 3

I think Wisconsin and Michigan St will join the Bucks in the Sweet 16. I am sticking to my pick with VCU and Bradford Burgess.

Really? Wisky up 8 right now. And Vandy is playing absolutely lifeless.

Jenkins missed a 3 for the win! Badgers up 2 with a couple seconds left and going to the line.

Wisconsin joins the Buckeyes in the Sweet 16.

Vandy made a heck of a run. Would be great to see Wisky and OSU play in the Elite 8

The Big Ten has had a hell of a year.

Syracuse-Wisconsin is going to be an all-out war next week. Love him or hate him, Bo Ryan is a producer. The Badgers play hard, clean, pure basketball. What is there not to love.

With Michigan State, Indiana and Ohio State still in the thick of things, the odds of a Big Ten-themed Final Four are getting hotter. Have to tip your hat to the conference. This is what the ACC once was but is no longer.

Really not sure I would like to see Wisky. Too familar and always play OSU tough.

I remember a couple weeks ago when VCU was on the "first four out" list and now here they are playing good to make another run

Indiana down 7 with 13 to play.

I wasn't able to watch the game. They played great in the SEC tourney and in the first half against harvard. I thought with their experience they'd be able to pull it out.

That was a pretty brutal game to watch. Credit to Wisconsin though...they just get it done their way.

Going to be a good finish in the VCU - Indiana game

Indiana joins the party in the Sweet Sixteen.

Wisconsin looked awful against the zone. If they don't clean that up they have no chance against Syracuse. They locked down Vandy though. Great defense and a big shot maker always gives you a shot.

Now, I don't think that anything's a given, especially in this tournament, but I'm thinking Sparty should advance to the Sweet Sixteen tomorrow, and if that happens, that puts 4 Big Ten teams in the SS.

I'm not too sure about Purdue having much of chance, but hey, anything can happen.

The B1G is what it is, (I know I'm not telling you something you didn't already know) they're generally fundamentally sound, terrific on D and well coached. The B1G is a tough out from most teams, generally the formula for beating them is simple but tough.

Lol so you choose halfway through the game to respond to his true (i'd say winning the SEC tournament with a final win over #1 Kentucky counts as peaking at the right time) post?

There are 3 Big Ten-Big East matchups in the sweet 16. Will be interesting to see how those go.

Worst Big East I can recall in recent memory.
