they really weren't, but the rest Of the bubble was so bad that they were!

Listening to the NW-Minn game and for the second straight B1G game I've watched that he's done, he's gone off about how he hopes Illinois keeps him around because he's a good coach and it will pay off to not make a change. LOLWUT?
I think he hates Illinois, so keeper weber would mean they suck forever

MSU and Iowa in a fast-paced game early on. Spartans shooting 15/23 from the floor in the first 12 minutes.

Hey, Dan Dakich just retold my story about Tim Duncan, himself, and Coach Knight. Of course he lied and say he WASNT the one who put the tape in the drawer...but he was. Still living in fear of Knight lol.

Michigan State is putting on a clinic offensively.

Terrible news. I hate to see a guy who was there through the tough times, have his career end like this.

Ill admit, I teared up when Crean was giving the post game interview and was asked about the injury. He basically started talking, wiped his eyes and said "yeah, its uh. Not good. Not good."

That kid was the first commit that Crean got when he came to Indiana. ONLY player from Creans first class who stuck around for all 4 years. His wish when he committed was to, "Bring the Candy-Stripes back to the NCAAs". He did that, but we all know he meant play in the NCAAs.

MSU currently at 64.5% from the field and 50% from three-point range.

Tough break for both Jones and IU--they'll really miss him in their tourney run :(

Wow, clinic is right. Iowa can't defend for shit.

    MSU
    FG 21/30 (.700)
    3PT 6/11 (.545)
    FT 7/10 (.700)

He has had his moments, and anytime you lose someone it stings. But since Roth has gotten more comfortable running sets (and not just shooting), Elston learned to play without his head cut off, and Sheehey got healthy this team has REALLY played well. Jones is now the 8th or 9th most important player, pending match-ups. Right in line with Pritchard.

While Im not saying he sucks and wouldnt help IU, if they get the right match-ups it wont matter. He is our 6th/7th man at the moment, and often we need big play more than guard which puts him at 8th/9th most important.

This game may prove to be one of the best of the tournament...Wisky's looking to make a statement.

    Badgers by 3

I like Indiana today, they're on a pretty good roll lately. Should be one of the best of the day though.
  • Laley23
If IU can get to 60, they should win. If Wisconsin doesnt allow any run outs and keeps it low 50s, they should win. IU wants to run, but if it isnt there, they need to regroup and run the offense.

Pissed Ill have to miss the 2nd half.
  • Laley23
Ugh. Offensive rebounds. Put Elston in.
  • chicago510
    Pulling for the Hoosiers.

Firmly in the anti-Bo Ryan camp. Makes up for me being lukewarm on Crean.

Fucking Bedford - Ypsilanti. Who cares about terrible Michigan Basketball? At least Jackson Lamb is playing, but he is way more fun to watch play baseball.

    What games next week?
  • Crimson streak
    Wisconsin can't miss from 3
  • gorocks99
Wisconsin-MSU tomorrow. Badgers shot well today, when they do that they're tough to beat.
  • robj55
    Rob Wilson went off
  • reclegend22
    Rob Wilson goes

Tough loss for IU. Speaking from experience, they will be a dangerous opponent for a No. 1 in the Sweet 16 on a neutral floor and behind an ocean of red if the Hoosiers get there.

Rob Wilson goes Jeremey Lin. Nice game for the kid off the bench.
