  I agree with everyone else. 20 participants, but once youve missed your second pick (without sending me a list beforehand, if you feel you might miss it) than you are out and an alternate takes over. Ill set the precedent as 2 at ANY time, doesnt have to be two in a row. Lets really work to get people more on top of it this year. check in every 3-4 hours and if you cant send me a list of like 10 players.

  Yeah, if we coordinate it which I can. Problem is, it doesnt necessarily work out. As soon as ONE person is missing, we have to wait 5 hours.

  Id like to keep the limit to 5 hours, but I think midnight to 8am would be fine for a grace period. I think if you suspect you are going to fall in that time, it would be nice to PM me your ideal pick in a list so in case you fall at like 1:12am, we can make the selection and get a few more in. I know a lot of us are on here till 3am some nights.
  
  Ill also say, anyone whos pick comes during the night and doesnt make a pick has from 8-9am to make the pick. That allows time to wake up and make it. Basically, from midnight to 8am you have your 8 hours. So if you take up that whole 8 hours, than at 8am we will make a pick. But if your pick falls at like 2am when your asleep and the 8 hours at night would take you till 10am, but the 5 hours only till 7am. I will give you the 1 hour wake up period.

  Haha yeah its cool. I dont get on a lot during the day cause of work and last night was spent with the fiance lol.

  I saw this pick 'em last year and thought it was great, so can't wait to do it this year. I think I've even talked some friends into getting 15 or so people to do it for like $5 each too, haha.

  It was more fun for me than brackets. But I think that was cause I ws interested even when the games were over in the early rounds with like 15 minutes to play.

  I think it's because the brackets are incorporated into the game. I'm going to draft people from teams I have going the furthest, so I might find someone a lot more valuable than you.
  
  Example: last year I took Kalin Lucas in the 5th round because I had MSU upsetting UF 2nd round and making it to the Elite 8.

  This year is tricky there's no elite scorer like a jimmer or a Kemba

  I agree with that. Even though it was for no money. I had big money on brackets and it was still fun. Of course, my bracket blew up quickly so maybe that played a role.

  If you organize it, let me know. I'd get in if you were taking outsiders. I've tried. Very few folks who really care enough to do stuff outside of a standard bracket.

  Remember take a player that's in a play in game, they will get you alot of points when they make it to the Final Four!
