Can someone explain if regulations have been beefed up?

  I've noticed threads about sleeper and ccrunner in the basement-- are regulations on trolling being increased? We might actually have peace between OSU/UM/ND fans on this page now

  But yes, we have been more strict in enforcing some of the rules in place. We are trying to curb the excessive name calling and trolling. It got to a point where every conversation became some pissing match that had nothing to do with the subject. The reform started about this time period.
