  Should be a great game. I think it could go either way. I'll give OSU the edge playing at home. OSU outside shooting concerns me so far this year. They are not a very good 3pt team. That being said, they are a different type of team this year, getting to the rim, and FT line. If they are able to do that vs Duke, they will be fine. Thomas and Even R. are going to need to play well. OSU will need to guard the perimeter well in this game as well. Fla came out on fire, but OSU adjusted. I thought Valpo got too many good looks as well.
  Should be a fun and entertaining game. Even moreso if Urban is introduced at half.

  They lost 3 starters. They didnt bring back almost all their talent. But they have a ton of talent, so the SRs arent missed in that regard too much.

  What point are you trying to make here? I simply stated that Duke is and has been one of the best 3 point shooting teams in the nation. Yeah I realize Duke is playing at OSU but last time I checked I believe their hoop is still 10 feet tall and their 3 point line is still 20 feet 9 inches. What is "homer" about that? I never said Duke will win by 15+ or anything like that.

  As for Craft, more power to him if he can be physical with Duke's guards, I just don't think the refs will let him get away with some of it. Once again just my opinion.

  I like Aaron Craft a lot, love the way he plays the game actually. Not many kids play with the enthusiasm and passion he does. I just feel that at times he will be more physical with guards and body them and at times hand-check. Both of which are fouls. Like I said more power to him. Duke gets away with it at times and often gets player control calls to go their way just because they have been doing it for so long. If my statements that I have made on this thread make me a "homer" then so be it.

  It isn't about the refs letting him get away with anything. He is unbelievable defender. Maybe one of the best I have seen at this level. His positioning and instincts, along with this latteral movement seperate him from anyone else. He will get his 2/3 fouls. But he rarely gets into foul trouble. Hand checks are comical. He rarely does this.
  The only question in this game about officiating, is how much will they let Duke inside players beat up on Sullinger. That will be the difference in this game.

  Duke's bigs don't really like to be too physical down low. Sullinger will get his for sure. The Plumlee's, mainly Mason, need to avoid picking up stupid fouls and giving Sullinger and one's.

  Perimeter defense is the key to this game. If OSU can do a better job than they've shown in most of their games, they win. If not, Duke could leave with the W.
  
  OSU's 3 point shooting has been awful for the most part, so far. They don't want to get into a shooting match from outside or they'll lose. OSU needs to use its superior athleticism and go to the basket. If they do this, and play the defense they're capable of playing, they win.

  Duke has three post players to throw at Sullinger. I HOPE K makes a mistake and has them get physical with Sullinger. Matta would be more than happy seeing Sullinger go to the line a dozen times, he makes 85% of his foul shots. The key will be William Buford. Duke doesn't have a good match up for him. He can't go 2 for 16 again. If he gets his 20 Ohio State wins.

Christian Laettner and J.J. Redick elevated the art of playing on the road to new levels. Like Reggie Miller, Duke players love being the enemy. They thrive on it. And truth be told, playing the villain is a lot of fun. I will thoroughly enjoy walking into the Schott tomorrow night lit up like a blue Christmas tree.

  Past performances certainly promise nothing, but Duke's players are rarely ever rattled by loud fans. They're used to it. The thing about this Duke team is that it not only has a legitimate three or four guys on the floor at all times that can hit the deep ball if someone else is struggling, but it also, unlike in the program's leaner years of '05 through '09, always has one or two crafty penetrators on the court in Rivers and Curry who can finish and get to the line or create scoring inside for Duke's bigs.
