hoops23The Game on November 23rd, 2002 was on my birthday.
It was a hell of a game and pretty fucking tense, especially with what was on the line. A chance at the BCS National Championship.
#2 vs #12. Game came down to the final drive and OSU held Michigan on the final drive to win 14-9. -

I was there, rushed the field what a day!! Think I lost a week of my life from partying so hard that day!hoops23;985577 wrote:The Game on November 23rd, 2002 was on my birthday.

Same. We had seats in A deck and were some of the first on the field. Did the same thing years later as a student for the #1 vs 2 gameFab1b;985581 wrote:I was there, rushed the field what a day!! Think I lost a week of my life from partying so hard that day! -

Actually did not have tickets. Was tailgating in the parking lot watching on TV. With about 3 mins left a bunch of us decided to see if we could just get in through any of the gates. Sure enough there were no one at the gates all workers had gone inside and we walked right in, I went right to the rail for the final two minutes then jumped onto the field after it ended, Killer time!!KR1245;985588 wrote:Same. This is one of those games where there were 100,000 people in the stadium that day and 500,000 that claim to have been there.Fab1b;985581 wrote:I was there, rushed the field what a day!! Think I lost a week of my life from partying so hard that day! -

I was moving out of my apartment in Columbia that day. The last thing we moved was the TV. I sat on the floor and watched the end with my dad. When Will Allen intercepted the last pass, my dad said he never got to see a Buckeye national title. When I asked about 68, he reminded me there no TVs in Vietnam. I would give anything to watch another one with him. -
Fab1bYeah I enjoyed the Fiesta Bowl that year with my dad as well. Glad I got to experience a Buckeye championship with him. He passed in 06. It was funny that day, I had brought beer over and a bottle of champaign. My dad doesn't drink but after we beat Miami I told him you are taking a drink from this bottle old man and he did!!

End of Line(Even though we lost)

jhay78Ted Ginn's return in '04. That was when I realized we were going to win, and the future didn't look so bleak. The '04 game was a huge turning point in the rivalry.
-
Tobias FünkeI was there for 1v2 in 2006, that was incredible.
However I think the 2002 interception to seal the deal was my favorite. -
sleeperThe late hit out of bounds on T. Smith. Or really any play with T. Smith shredding the Michigan defense.
-
krambman1. The entire 2001 game, when Jim Tressel delivered on his promise. Specifically Johnathan Wells long TD run and the safety at the end of the first half.
2. Will Allen's INT to end the game in 2002 and send OSU to the National Championship Game.
3. Ted Ginn's punt return in 2004 and pretty much everything Troy Smith did in the 2004 game.
4. The perfect play-action fake TD pass to Ginn in 2006, along with Beanie's and Pittman's long TD runs in the game.
5. "The catch" by Gonzo in the 2005 game.
Honorable Mention:
Beanie Wells 222 yard performance in 2007.
Vernon Gholston destroying Chad Henne multiple times in 2007.
Cameron Hayward's recovery of a Tate Forcier fumble for a TD in 2009.
I also love the fact that in four starts against OSU Mike Hart only amassed 262 yards and 4 TD's in his four starts against OSU. -
