Should Penn State just "take responsbility"?

  Look at Notre Dame. They negligently killed a teenager and only had to pay the MAXIMUM fine of $80,000 of their 6 billion+ endowment. All you had to do is take full responsibility for something and that solves all the problems and everyone is off the hook.
