Terrell Who...Hello Braxton Miller!!!
-
holdingoutUnbelievable finish from this fabulous Freshman.
-
BORIStheCrusherWas a great finish, but passing the ball 5 times a game isn't going to help anybody. They can't have him keep handing it off every play, need to let him throw it.

Well that's what he should have been doing during Akron and Toledo. So that you could trust him to throw it by now. I agree they need to pass more but they did just beat Wisconsin with less than 10 passes so I will give them a pass on this one. Pun intended.BORIStheCrusher;950533 wrote:Was a great finish, but passing the ball 5 times a game isn't going to help anybody. It helps the team. I was as skeptical as anyone that they would beat Wisconsin being one dimensional. But they beat Wisconsin the way they beat us last year. You knew what was coming every play, but they couldn't stop it. The offensive line played great, and Miller is getting more and more comfortable every game.BORIStheCrusher;950533 wrote:Was a great finish, but passing the ball 5 times a game isn't going to help anybody. HitsRusHe seemed overwhelmed by the media attention...he will need some coaching up in that capacity. The most important thing is that he wasn't overwhelmed on the field!

I agree but I guess my point is there were plenty of opportunities mix in a play action, screen, or even throw them off by going deep. They won the game by going one dimensional, but they did it with 20 seconds left throwing a deep pass to a wide open receiver.thedynasty1998;950575 wrote:It helps the team. sleeperI'd still take Pryor the player over Braxton any day.

We get it. You were at the game in the front row, you don't have to mention it in every thread you post in.ccrunner609;950545 wrote:watching him person last night from the front row.....he is one hell of an athlete
Per the topic, Miller looked good last night. A few "freshmen" bonehead decisions, but those will be corrected. A couple of beautifully placed passes that were dropped. Kid is going to be a heck of a player as long as he stays healthy. -

You can have Pryor the thug and all is baggage.sleeper;950643 wrote:I'd still take Pryor the player over Braxton any day. -

mallymal614Still give me Pryor over Miller. One play isn't going to make me go insane lol. Miller has potential but not quite there yet.

If they woulda kept Zwick in, we'd be 3 time champs.mallymal614;951497 wrote:Still give me Pryor over Miller. One play isn't going to make me go insane lol. Miller has potential but not quite there yet. -
jhay78Miller looks more natural throwing the ball. TP just never looked comfortable with his throwing motion for some reason. Also, Braxton looks like he runs harder, with a little more aggression (and definitely some more quickness/juke moves). Maybe TP looked different because he's so much bigger.
Time will tell, but I like Miller's potential. -

You are such a pathetic douche.ccrunner609;950545 wrote: from the front row -
0311sdpMiller doesn't have that scared, what the hell is going on look on his face that he had the first couple of games. It's too bad that he didn't start from game 1, his progress would be much further along. I'm starting to think that OSU can give Michigan a game, something 3 weeks ago before the Illinois game I didn't believe possible. The tough part of the schedule for them is over, maybe they can run the table, it's not totally out of the question anymore. You can watch Miller's confidence grow with each bit of success that he has, his potential is unreal. Tom Luginbil called him today a Pat White with a stronger arm, (I'd take that)

sleeperI don't know why everyone is getting on CC for sitting the first row at an OSU football game. I think that's a pretty cool experience, especially at the Shoe watching one of the top schools in the country vs another top school in the country.
-
se-alumI know Miller didn't have hugh numbers throwing the football, but his receivers didn't help out much. Stoneburner & Philly both turned nice throws into dropped balls. I think we'll see him air it out quite a bit this coming week.
-
queencitybuckeyeFront row seats are terrible, particularly on the sides of the field.

Come to think of it, but it always seemed Pryor, especially his first 2 years, always had abysmal passing stats. Miller will get better but for right now he reminds me a lot of Troy Smith(Junior Year) in the sense he always would rather run than check down all receivers.se-alum;951859 wrote:I know Miller didn't have hugh numbers throwing the football, but his receivers didn't help out much.
