Interesting Column On Ohio State's Demise

Mortgagestar1Here is an exerpt.
To say the Buckeyes seem to be on their way to getting what they deserve isn't quite right. Surely there are players on that roster and coaches on that staff who deserve better than a five-win season. No doubt there are many who could be paying from crimes they did not commit while Pryor and Tressel collect NFL paychecks.

dwccrewThat article was garbage. Having 4 players back will help out tremendously and if we can get some players to heal up (Williams especially) the Bucks can still salvage the season. No they won't be winning their 7th consecutive B1G title or playing in another BCS bowl, but they can still beat Michigan, play in a decent bowl and more importantly gain valuable experience for a VERY young team.

The article's title was garbage. I learned a long time ago that writers often don't pick the title for the article, it is up to the editor to pick it to gain an audience.dwccrew;920366 wrote:That article was garbage. I thought the article was pretty fair. The "collapse" comment came from a throwaway paragraph, that even mentioned that OSU could turn it around. I didn't read anything that was untruthful or unfair. -
Scooter1369I'm not at all convinced that getting our suspended players back is going to help enough to matter. We will still have Jim Bollman in the booth, calling the plays.
Having the best weapons in the world will not help if you aren't using them properly.
Lets review:
Bollman uses his mobile quarterback as a drop back passer, they never changed the snap count and Miller was treated like a $2.00 hooker all day long.
Then he brings in Bauserman. What's the first pass play he runs with the slow white kid at QB? A rollout. Where was that when Brax was in?
Sorry. We have great weapons on this offense, but our general has ordered our troops to shoot themselves in the foot instead of shooting down range. -
SpeedofsandThe first two lines of that story are garbage. I think Urban would land in Happy Valley first. I still can't see him coaching until his son gets out of high school.
