That is when you know that the talent level in ncaa basketball is way, way down. Singler is solid, but one of the top [two] players in the country? Please, spare me.

    No, he isn't.

    PG's I like better.

    Steve Nash
    Rajon Rondo
    Chris Paul
    Jason Kidd
    Chauncey Billups
    Tony Parker
you're going to have to add Brandon Jennings to that list soon
No love for Devin Harris either?

I think its pretty clear at this point Wall should be the number one pick in the draft...unless the Grizzlies get it, then Chris Wallace will probably trade the pick for Kwame Brown and another member of Pau Gasol's family.

lol hey prescott, 2003 called, they want their best point guards back

All of those huys on that list would teach young Mr.Wall a thing or two about playing PG in the NBA.

BTW, Rondo and Paul weren't in the NBA in 2003.

Thanks for the heads up on Jennings and Harris. My list was made up quickly. I'm sure there are few other names that could be added, as well.

Of course they could, Wall hasn't played in the NBA. But he's the best PG prospect in quite some time.

    Wall is good.

Seems to be he is getting the same press as Rose did his frosh year at Memphis.
  • SQ_Crazies
He's already been confirmed to be better than Rose. Cal said it, no better source and there is NO WAY he would say that if he didn't believe it when Rose is only this far into the season.
  • devil1197
Well Rose has proven to be more than a great college PG.

I'll believe it for Wall when I see it.
  • SQ_Crazies
I'll still take Cal's word. Of course all we can do is assume at this point--but if he says he's ahead of him now then that is saying something. I think he's a better player just from watching him--Rose is just sweet because he's an athletic freak. So is Wall, but I think he's a better all around baller.

    prospect
There is the key word when the statement below was made.

Wall is probably a top 3-4 PG in the NBA right now

I didn't bring up "Mr. Wall" at all in my statement...I was just pointing out how dumb that list is--in terms of the NBA.

And I realize Rondo and Paul weren't there in 2003...it was a joke.

    What makes the list dumb??
  • SportsAndLady
I guess dumb is a little harsh...but when you don't include possibly the best point guard in the NBA (Deron Williams) on a top PG lists, and include Jason Kidd instead...well that's dumb.
  • Prescott
I am not a Jason Kidd fan, but the guy knows how to play PG in the NBA and would take Wall to school if they shared the court. I apologize for the omission of Deron Williams. As I stated, it was a rushed list and it's possible I missed other deserving PG's.
  • SQ_Crazies
LOL WRONG! Wall would clean the floor with Jason Kidd RIGHT NOW. Could he teach Wall a lot? Certainly. But it doesn't mean he's nearly as capable anymore.
