Notre Dame did not look very good against S. Florida and UCLA was putrid against Utah. USC can win both of those games. I still think USC winds up with 3 losses, however (possibly 4).Mulva;885630 wrote:^ Good analysis (outside of the fact that you actually liked Maryland's helmets and Oregon's jerseys). I personally would be very surprised if Nebraska can win @ Wisconsin, and I think your guess of 3 losses for USC might be generous. I think Notre Dame and maybe Arizona State are just better teams than the Trojans this year, and USC plays both of those games on the road. And then obviously UCLA is never a cakewalk either. I'd say the Trojans are looking at another 8-4 season. -

WTF does it take to be an ESPN reporter these days. -
MulvaLook at his preseason poll. His #6-9 teams were Texas, Michigan, Notre Dame, Georgia. Too bad for him 2 of them lost their openers, but kudos for at least having the balls to go off the wall a little.
Not sure how USC jumped 4 spots with that performance against Minnesota though. Also, lol Clemson. -

jcrazys post was a tongue in cheek list. He listed 7 out of 8 SEC schools in the top 8. Pretty obvious that by including Ole Miss and Auburn.... he was trying to make people crack a smile. I caught the humor in itdwccrew;884632 wrote:Really? The same Ole Miss that lost to BYU? -

RotinajI think your list looks pretty good except for FSU. I think they should be be in the 20's or not even ranked at all. I know the 2 losses arent bad but thats still 2 losses in 4 games.

Barely, and Illinois just needed some last minute heroics to beat Western Michigan. ASU in the meantime killed USC which, in my book, deserves some props since I loathe USC almost as much as Michigan and Notre Dame.enigmaax;909946 wrote:You know Illinois beat Arizona State? -
