No chance? ROGL. By seeing WVU and ND in your top 15 and VT as #1.......I can see how you would think that.Scarlet_Buckeye;879539 wrote:LSU has no chance of cracking the Top 15. -

LSU #3 Oregon @ #20 Mississippi State @ #24 WVU #22 Florida #23 Auburn @ #2 Alabama #15 Arkansas
Now look at WVU and VT and tell me who those teams are going to lose to. -
cats gone wildI agree that LSU is going to have a rough schedule, but some of those teams could fall out of the top 25. I think even if LSU loses 3 games, they will still be in the top 15 because of the schedule and some solid wins.

Scarlet_BuckeyeLSU will be lucky to come out w 3 losses. I think they end up w 4. Even if they come out w 3, I still don't see them finishing in the top 15.

VT is an interesting pick because you have to think that sometime they'll live up to their full potential. They should beat everyone on their schedule this season. But, for at least the last seven years they have lost one or more games at home that they should've won. I'm guessing it'll be Clemson this season because VT will likely go into that game undefeated and in the Top 10 while Clemson will be coming off two straight (maybe embarrassing) losses to Auburn and FSU.Scarlet_Buckeye;879564 wrote:Now look at WVU and VT and tell me who those teams are going to lose to.
I also have WVU ranked high, but I think they'll lose to LSU and one Big East game. If LSU beats WVU, I think LSU would be ranked higher even if they have one more loss by the end of the season. LSU's schedule (even if some of those teams end up not being as good as their current ranking) will give them the benefit of doubt all season long. They'll be the highest ranked 1, 2, 3, or 4-loss team (as long as all the losses aren't consecutive) and will finish ahead of a few teams with less losses if they do happen to drop a few. -
