Yep. He told me that he bought a house in a trust. That's all I know, He confirmed that. -

I call bullshit. Sorry. How would no one in the city not know this? I'm sure the Dispatch has pulled public records. He'll they probably checked every house sold in UA over 30 days and confirmed every buyer. Too many people are obsessed with OSU football to not have this confirmed by now. -

Call whatever you want. Pretty sure a high official in UA knows better than you. -

Yea I'm sure a high official would. But I'm sorry if you want me to believe he would confirm a rumor of this magnitude to you and no one else. Maybe he was bullshitting you? -

He was not. He said that honestly no one has been poking around. -

Don't believe that for a second. It is far to easy to confirm and too big of a rumor for no one to poke around. -

K, go ahead and believe whatever you want. I'll stick with my source, who obviously does and should know way more than anyone on here. It's kind of his job. -
Steel Valley FootballIt would possibly prove my post/source from a while back. Who knows.

He's average in the booth, I don't mind him at all. He's better there than on the radio. At least he has to think before talking on TV! -
2kool4skoolOf course a douchebag like Meyer would buy a house in UA.

I believe it. Urban & Shelley have friends & family in Ohio and he can stay there while working tOSU games for ESPN. He'd be harassed in a hotel. -

Harassed in a hotel under an anonymous source rather than being harassed in a home he owns? How does that work? -
Speedofsandowns the home under a trust name = anonymous. Of course I could be just humoring myself.

I have a feeling that after the Erin Andrews incident in Columbus that security is probably pretty high at the hotel where ESPN personalities stay while in town. -

When a home is bought through a trust there is no way of knowing who owns it. There are many celebs/VIP types in Columbus who own properties through trusts and people have no way of knowing it, unless their neighbors see them! -

Isn't there always a name connected to the trust? -

The designated trustee, which can be anyone under the sun. -
thedynasty1998I asked someone and apparently even when buying a house in a trust, the deed will still list the trustees individual name. Not saying it would necessarily be Urban Meyer, but you would assume it would be a member of his immediate family.

Yes, in a trust, it's deeded to "John Smith Trust, Bob Johnson Esq Trustee"
A blind trust is where you have a lawyer who is the trustee, and no one will ever know who the assets really belong to. It's pretty common with rich folk. -
thedynasty1998Urban Meyer has done an exceptional job of hiding this purchase then. No one in UA has spoke up, his Realtor hasn't said anything, The Dispatch couldn't find the sale and there haven't been any UA residents to spot him.

Which questions? Dynasty didn't ask any questions. Don't twist what he said, or you are a giant douche. -
