    Pryor came off better than I expected. Not Peyton Manning but certainly sounded of average intelligence which is something I didn't expect.

    Okay don't get me wrong I hate me some Terrelle Pryor (but it's entirely off the field), but is it just me or did I come away completely more convinced that Terrelle Pryor is more ready for the NFL than Cam Newton? I know both players have a lot to work on from a quarterbacking standpoint, but from a mental standpoint it seems to me Terrelle had a lot more coaching as a QB than Newton had.

    TP played in more of a pro style offense than Newton did. I would hope he got more coaching, given that style is more complicated.

    What was to be gained from this? That he's working hard and serious? Why preen for ESPN cameras? If that's the cost of gaining Gruden's audience, then fuck it. There are plenty of people out there who know plenty about NFL QB'ing.

    If I were Terrelle Pryor--I'm not saying anything or doing anything in public. The apology has been issued. People have your opinions of you and that isn't going to change until you're winning NFL games.

    You can tell TP still thinks highly of himself. He wouldn't "blame" people for thinking he'd be an awesome NFL receiver. He called "the Hive" "the thing we do". He admitted he didn't know the words to Carmen Ohio (not that 98% of OSU fans do anyway, but he'll get killed for it).

    His axe should be to the grindstone in anonymity. You don't see Peyton Manning doing shit like this. You don't see Tom Brady doing shit like this. Let your actions speak for themselves.

    I hope he succeeds. It's just obvious he's been surrounded by leeches and sycophants since a young age (much like LeBron). I'm not sure if he realizes how hard it is to be a QB in the NFL. I guess we'll see though.

    Disagree completely. I have always disliked Pryor and actually came away fairly impressed with how he presented himself. I thought he did a nice job, and many other Pryor haters will say the same thing. Gruden did a great job of selling Pryor's talents to a point that you could actually imagine how he could benefit many NFL teams. This whole format could have potentially killed Pryor's chances, but I think he redeemed/presented himself nicely.

    Who's going to "kill" him for not knowing the words to Carmen Ohio? NFL teams could give a shit about that, and that's the only thing that matters at this point.

    I thought it wa ok and shed a good light on Pryor. I still think TP will need the receivers to be outstanding for him to be effective. Would have liked to have seen him throw more balls.

    Uh, JON GRUDEN HAS NEVER SAID ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT ANYBODY. So, let's stop acting like it's hard to impress Jon Gruden.

    I guess you're entitled to your opinions, but I don't think anything was gained from it. Reeks of Drew Rosenhaus' fingerprints and seemed rather contrived. but that's just me.

    I didn't watch the thing with Gruden last night, but this was actually in there and no one commented on it?
    During his film review session with former NFL coach Jon Gruden on ESPN, Pryor continued to give ambiguous answers about his past, but he was clear about his altruistic future. No longer will Pryor think of himself; he's now a giver.

    As much as it pains me to say it, I actuallly agree with Ty here. Heck, I was listening to Demetrius Stanley this afternoon in the car and he was saying the same thing. He stated Pryors inability to be articulate is going to be a major obstacle for him in leading an NFL team at QB.
