tOSU beat Arkansas in a game nowhere near as close as the score indicated. I saw it, nothing that is "deemed" changes that. -

There is no reason for it not to stand as a victory, NCAA approved the players for the bowl game with the understanding that the tattoo incident was the only violation, If and when new evidence comes out that Tressel knew of other violations that he or the players committed and forgot to report them, that could be a different story. . -
