  From Matta comments, "No comment", on a hire, it sounds as though its a done deal already. But I think because of laws pertaining to OSU having to post the job, they cannot announce or officially hire that person yet. But I think its a done deal already.

  A blurb in the Dispatch today that OSU is trying to convince Chris Jent to return to Columbus as an assistant coach. Now it's a question of whether Jent wants to leave the NBA and uproot his family from Cleveland to take the job.
  
  You're really got to want to be a college coach, since recruiting is most likely going to be a part of your duties. I'd love to see Jent back in Columbus (he was one of my favorite Buckeyes when he played) but only if he's ready to make the commitment necessary. Matta works his people as hard as he works himself, from everything I've read.

  Luv to have Jent as well!! That would be a great get if Matta can get him! Licklighter sounds like he is option B. Which I also think would be a good hire.
