Besides, these guys screwed Ohio State over. I see no reason why it can't go both ways

Because Pryor has never thought way too highly of himself in the past

Agreed that they all SHOULD have stayed, regardless of all of the other shit, though.

I believe that they should be using him in a role similar to how Florida used Percy Harvin and how Cal used DeSean Jackson. He is that kind of athlete

Let Graham or Bauserman play QB the first 5 games and let Miller tear up opposing defenses running, catching, and even throwing the ball at times.

I think playing Miller at a RB/WR role will make Ohio State a better team than playing him at QB

you said at the beginning of your own post that you knew you were going to get made fun of for stating your opinion, yet you are shocked at the fact that it actually happened. you really can't be that stupid, can you?

Yes, he can be, and he is.

And we have now found out that Tressel is not a man of principle.
wildcats20;763592 wrote:Soooo....that means "fuck Tress" too right?

I don't know what your opinion is of him anymore, but it wasn't JUST the players who fucked up.
If you see my posts on other threads I have stated I want Tressel to resign. I wouldn't necessarily say fuck 'em though. He cares about the university and the team (even though he lied), TP and company don't give a shit and are all about themselves.

Sure you are, it is just stupid.

Considering how awful Miller beer is, I hope people drop the "Miller time" saying for Braxton.

didnt know we were talking about the pros, because I specifically said college. I dont really care what they do after college unless they are playing for a team I root for.

please show me where I said this...yes, I was surprised where he was drafted, just as I'm surprised where Ponder was drafted--but wtf does that have to do with you saying that someone of Braxton Miller's QB pedigree should switch positions??

Once again, Gibby shows how inept he is when it comes to player evaluation.

One thing though: he is consistent. Really, really wrong and bad at it -- but consistent.

Pryor has outplayed Matt Barkley?? Pryors teamates have carried him to whatever success he has had

Maybe his Freshman year, but Posey is the ONLY truly top level offensive talent that Pryor has really played with in his soph and jr season.

Do you even watch OSU games, or just make stuff up? How many times in games, and especially the past two big bowl wins, did Pryor get out of trouble and make a huge play (run or pass) that literally made the difference between winning and losing?

Pryor has made huge plays throughout his career, and especially the past two seasons. Without him, the offense would be average, at best. He provides another dimension with his ability to escape and run that completely changes how defensive coordinators approach games.

I love having gibby on this site... because while I'm having a shitty day at work reading his opinions about stuff always make me laugh.
  • Writerbuckeye
Oh and Gibby: If Pryor's teammates have carried him to success, why is he the only one who has been named MVP of the Rose and Sugar bowl games?

LOLOLOLOL, this may be one of the funniest things I have ever read on this site. I'm guessing you have NOT watched an OSU game the past 2 seasons. When Barkley wins 10 games with all of his 5 star recruits around him, let me know.

Ty has to be trollin'. No one can possibly be this clueless on the subject of college football (or anything for that matter) as he seems to be.

No, he is not that kind of athlete. Those two guys were unbelievable athletes. Miller is a great athlete...but not near the caliber of those two. Not many are. Harvin especially, is a RARE, RARE athlete! Miller is the future of OSU football at the QB position. That is a DONE deal.

Bauserman is the worst qb in history. I have no fucking clue how he's ahead of anyone.

Easy answer: he is the most "experienced" upper classman at JT's disposal. I suspect Bauserman will play some in the opening game, maybe even start the game. But it won't take long before he's on the sideline. If not, then Fickell will have a lot of 'splaining to do. :)

Wow ... I was about to justify this with some statistics and mentions of BCS Bowl MVPs, but this guys is just too retarded for a retort.

Agree 100% , while being a douche bag human being, Pryor has made the Bucks offense appear much better than it really is. He made a mediocre running back (Boom Herron) into a 1000 yd. rusher just by his presence. He has made many huge plays both running and throwing over his career. Bad human being, great athlete.

What position should Denard Robinson be playing?

Free safety. Possibly back-up punter. With his skill sets, he'd be far better at both of those than at quarterback.
