I've never heard of either. -

I take it you don't watch many Big East conference games? Wenzel does a lot of the games. I never heard of Dedes until the NCAA's. -
killer_ewokCarleton Scott fears shooting. How many wide open 3's has he passed up tonight?
-
grodtJust a complete choke job from 3-point land. For a team that is as good at shooting 3's as ND is I can't believe how poorly they're shooting. And some of them aren't even close. I'm looking at you Abro

Only games on ESPN. -
reclegend22Leonard Hamilton should be coaching penitentiary ball. He's the best incompetent coach in the country, but he does win occasionally and I hope he comes from behind to pull this one out. Only a Leonard Hamilton (or Frank Haith or Oliver Purnell) coached team could lead by a score of 52-29 and still be trailing. Believe me as an ACC fan when I tell you Notre Dame had FSU right where they wanted when the Irish were down 23. It's looking good right now, but this one is far from over.

Comes from behind? They have been up double digits since about the 12 minute mark of the first half. -
SJBlueJay20Postseason Failure: It wears mock turtlenecks.

JugheadI thoroughly enjoyed that.
"Overrated" chant at Ben. -
reclegend22Goodbye Ben.
Well, I am happy to say I am wrong. I thought Notre Dame would start killing the nets with their superb outside cast, similar to Illinois in 2005 against Arizona in the regional semis. Florida State didn't wilt and I commend the guys on the State team.
The Atlantic Coast Conference gets its third participant into the 2011 Sweet 16. The Big Ten gets two. Just sayin.' -
karen lotzWhy the hate for Hansbrough exactly?

It's ACC humor. Like I said, only fans of that conference would really get it. See swami's post above.karen lotz wrote:Comes from behind? They have been up double digits since about the 12 minute mark of the first half. -

Because Tyler holds the deed to CIS? -

No other single digit seeds remain. Incredible. 10 FSU, 11 VCU and 12 Richmond -

That and because Hansbrough was a contraceptive measure.karen lotz wrote:Because Tyler holds the deed to CIS?
I say that with respect. -
grodtA disappointing finish to an otherwise terrific season. I know that most of the key contributers were seniors so I'm not sure what we'll have coming back next season. Surely we will take a step back to the middle of the pack in the Big East.
I must say about Coach Brey, for as much credit as he gets for getting a lot of production out of a little talent, his post season short comings are starting to pile up. While I'm not in favor of firing him at all, he really needs to start winning some games that he shouldn't instead of only losing games he should win. -

Only lose Hansbrough and Nash. Starting lineup should be Atkins, Martin, Scott, Abro, and Cooley. Great season. Gotta give FSU props for backing up what they said. -

Seeds mean nothing at this point, and if you have watched these teams play you'd know they are FAR from easy wins. -

Kentucky, Marq & North Carolina > Zona, Uconn, SDSU > Wisc, BYU, Butler > FSU, ACU, Richmond -
bases_loadedAnd with this loss, Im out of my suicide pool. Thanks for giving me another reason to hate you Irish.
