Go to rivals.com...A sports writer named Dan Gelston wrote it.

That was a long article, and only one short paragraph about Diebler's hand..here it is:
wrote:Following the game, Diebler left the arena with his right hand heavily wrapped. There was no mention of him hurting it.

If there is "nothing to see here folks", why did the writer put it in the article?

If there was 'something to see here folks' (okay, i'm done with that lol) then why did the writer put a very small mention of it halfway through his article about the OSU-UTSA game? Why wouldn't huge news like that have it's own story? Or at least be near the top of the article? Or at least be more than a small paragraph?

If it's such a non factor, why did he even mention it?

The writer also mentioned Lighty passing his last final...do you see how just because a writer mentions something, that doesn't mean it's a factor?

You dont heavily wrap a hand as a precaution lol. Not a huge deal, but definitely something to be a little concerned about.

I used to get my ankle heavily taped in high school cuz the student trainer was sexy...maybe Diebs was just trying to get some tail?

If your hand was on fire that much, you'd want it wrapped sometimes also.

If you were very observant you would have noticed Diebler had tape on his little finger Friday. He jammed it in Tuesday's practice. I assume you didn't notice it affecting his shooting on Friday.

Yea, I didnt notice it effect his shooting since he went 4-8 on threes and 2-2 from the line.

BTW, His name is Jon Diebler, not John.
