Big 10 QF: Ohio State vs. Northwestern

SportsAndLadyTiger...wanna join me on the "good teams find ways to win these type of struggling games?" bandwagon? haha

When he's backing down the guy on him with ease and getting hit on the shot, there's going to be a foul called. Curletti and the other guy mainted position vs Sullinger all day and he wasn't getting any calls (while going 2-14 from the field). As soon as they got in foul trouble and had to sit, Sullinger made his hay at the line vs smaller guys. -

Nope. -
AutomatikLooks like the Buckeyes ate their breakfast this morning. On to the next one!
-
Laley23I didnt think the last 2 on Shurna were fouls.
-
CinciX12Sounds like a hard fought win today. All that matters is 3 letter word though. At least you found a way to beat your inferior opponent today. Geesh.

Sullinger was getting clobbered down low. Just because hes bigger than anybody on Northwestern doesnt mean they arent fouling him
I'm not saying he wasn't getting fouled, I'm saying all we hear from OSU fans is Sullinger gets beat up and doesn't get calls...that 'theory' has got to go after this one -
karen lotz20 and 18 isn't too shabby.

In some games refs were allowing him to get beat on and no its not "all we hear." -
karen lotzWhere were Buford and Lighty?

I dont know if one game will change that. -
vball10setwhat time we play tomorrow?

is there a limit to how many you can call in a row? a foul is a foul. -

Kevin Love laughs at those numbers -
SonofanumpNot sure how anyone can argue with that technical foul. Throwing a mouthpiece on the court is an easy call. Not sure why someone going to Northwestern would do something like that, they are better than that.
-
mallymal614Man, if you ever have trouble falling to sleep, just watch a Northwestern game. I came so close to dozing off watching their offense and I'm not joking either.
-
Laley23^^I originally didnt see the mouthpiece. I thought it was just a motion. After I made my post, I realized the mouthpiece was involved. Easy, and correct call.
-
charliehustle14Sullinger had 10 FT's in OT (5 min). No Curletti or Serb dude on the floor.
Sullinger had 8 FT's in regulation with Curletti and the Serb dude on the floor. Also shot 2-12 from the field. -
bases_loadedSportsAndLady;707834 wrote:Ridiculous...OSU fans can now stop with the "no one gets less calls than Jared Sullinger" shit
He will get a ton more calls in the NCAA. He gets abused in the B1G -

??
So you're saying OSU isn't a good team? lol I was trying to be nice damnit...KU squeeked one out yesterday I said Good teams find a way to win those type of games...now OSU does the same, I'm saying the same thing about them. -

I honestly don't give a shit what you think. I have been to every home game, close to court...and Sully does in fact get the shit beat out of him on a consistant basis, with no calls quite often. Just because he goes to the FT line, doesn't change the fact that that still goes on. There were no questionable foul calls today. -
mallymal614Do the Bucks matchup better with Illinois or Michigan?

No offense, but at the game you dont get replay. You only get 1 angle.
