NW shoots 14 more shots from the field than Ohio State
The additional shots come from a +11 margin in offensive rebounds by NW, due to long rebounds from their 21 missed 3-pointers
When 2 Freshman score 60% of their team's points, Ohio State could be in trouble.

Due to long rebounds from their 21missed 3's? No, that would be due to OSU lack off focus and effort going after those rebounds. No excuses. I expected a bit of a letdown after the Purdue game. But nothing like this. They knew what to expect coming in, that NW was going to run the clock and limit possessions. All they had to do was rebound the ball and this would have been a 15pt ball game.
NW just wanted it more, and that was the difference. Lack of focus and effort at this teams only issues at times. They seem to play to the level. I am not too concerned though. Time to move onto the next game.

Lack of focus, long rebounds and frustration all were contributing factors. I'm not all that concerned either though.

It takes talent to win a Big Ten title -- but there's always a certain amount of good fortune that accompanies the team that is able to finish on top.

It happened last year with Evan Turner, and it's happened so far with this group.

They just need to try and stay focused on the task at hand: the team they are playing that day.

The rest will take care of itself.

Teams will be coming at OSU with 100% effort which NW did. OSU on the other hand seemed a little lax coming off the crushing win against Purdue.

This team has the right frame of mind taking it one game at a time, they are very balanced with Diebler/Lighty having quiet games but Buford/Craft/Sullinger picking up the slack.
