  Couldn't agree more with you. Cal should certainly know that he is going to be on TV whenever the game is televised. He along with a handful of other coaches are high profile guys. Cal loves TV and exposure as well. He eats it up.(Slick Willy). As you said, he should know better.

  This is major college basketball, folks. Not prepubescent bowling. Get the fuck out of here with this self-righteous bs. I've been inside of a Coach K-run practice. Four-letter-words and other profanities are part of the culture of major sports. When used at the opportune time and when directed at the right types of personalities, curse words are used by coaches as truly motivating tools. Look at Bobby Knight and the drill sergeant approach he presided over his program in Bloomington. It worked. Of course, you need a healthy balance of authoritative and sympathetic instruction. And as much as Calipari's players demonstrate their love for him as a coach and as a person, this latest "incident" is nothing to blow up. It goes on everyday across the country. Calipari's just happened to be caught on TV.
