Wednesday: Ohio State (16-0) at Michigan (11-5), 6:30 PM

daveMorris was the best player on the court. He was a little cocky but it was at key times trying to get the crowd into it.
Diebler didn't do much but his back to back (i think) 3s seemed to be the key to the game IMO. -

For Michigan, right? -

lol, right...
And please, getting in David Lighty's face and bumping him with your chest isn't "getting the crowd into it"... Nor is slapping the ball out of Sullingers hands and following him up court while chirping in his ear. -

What a surprise, whining like a little kid again. Pretty much every post of yours is the same. Try watching a game as a neutral observer.hoops23;636560 wrote:lol, right...

Who do you think was the best player on the court in this game? Buford, Sullinger, Diebler all had a nice stretch at one point, but none had the impact that Morris did. I'm guessing he accounted for 2/3 of their points tonight. OSU should learn from this game and have a better gameplan in Columbus -

Wtf is "studder?"
And lol @ posting "try watching the game as a neutral observer" after your post.
This just in: 30 out of 30 NBA GMs would take Sullinger over Morris. -

The most important word in sports is "at". At Ohio State, the Bucks will blow these guys out by 20+. -
centralbucksfanWell, OSU hangs on for a win. Got their typical little spurt in second half to get a decent lead. Like to see them be able to keep those leads/extend them. Good thing about tonites game is that Sullinger probably played his worst game of the year, and others stepped up. Still a little concerned with the defense. Too much penetration and open looks from 3 as well. They look great in spurts defensively, but seem to fall asleep at times. I really thought they would roll in this game. Give Mich credit, they looked better then they did vs Kansas. OSU did what they needed to do on the road. Being #2 (maybe #1), we have to realize that OSU is going to take everyone's best shot nite in and nite out. Can't evey complain about being 17-0.

If 2/3 equals 25 percent (18 of 64), you are correct! He had a good game, but wasn't this game-changing dominator. 8/15 from the field, 0-3 from three-point range. Eight assists was very good, but also had five turnovers. -

the kid's another selfish, look at me player--typical for tsun....and one of the main reasons why OSU is 17-0 and they are 11-6 -

Lol name some more selfish cocky look at me players that Michigan supposedly has? I mean seriously.
The reason that osu is 17-0 and Michigan is 11-6 is talent level all around, not because UM players are cocky or selfish. And selfish players generally dont have 8 assists, just sayin -
CinciX12Lets just chalk this game up to a rivalry game where everything leading up to it didn't matter. Because if not, there are a few negatives.

tsun, like any number of teams around the country, has plenty of talent--it's just that they just haven't figured out the "unselfish" part of it yet, and that's been a big ingredient of OSU's success -
Hb31187So how exactly do they play "selfish"?
And if you think that OSU would be JUST as successful with talent equivalent to UM....then you're joking yourself -
Jester
So are you trying to say if Michigan payed unselfish like OSU does, then their record would be at or near Ohio State's?vball10set;637436 wrote:tsun, like any number of teams around the country, has plenty of talent--it's just that they just haven't figured out the "unselfish" part of it yet, and that's been a big ingredient of OSU's success
Sorry, not buying it.
Technically, yes, every team has "talent", but the level of talent at a school like Michigan is much less than the top teams in the nation. I'm gonna go ahead and guess that they're playing people that would hardly see the floor for teams like Duke, OSU, Kansas, etc. -
Big Gain
ALSO, name a talented team who starts a 5th year senior who has started for 3 years, a Senior who has started for 4 years, a Senior who has started for 2 years, a Junior who has started for 3 years and the best Freshman in the country. Talent, EXPERIENCE, good defenders and a TEAM that patiently looks for the best shot, regardless of the player, in their half court offense.vball10set;637436 wrote:tsun, like any number of teams around the country, has plenty of talent--it's just that they just haven't figured out the "unselfish" part of it yet, and that's been a big ingredient of OSU's success -

I'd say part of it is more them learning to play together, as opposed to "selfishness". They lost Manny Harris and graduated Sims, who were their two main guys last year. I thought they'd be pretty crappy this year, but they've shown the ability to compete with very good teams...they just need to learn how to come together to win those games.
