Where does Pryor rank amongst the All Time Great OSU QB's?

thedynasty1998This is a spin off from another thread.
Where do you rank Pryor amongst the All Time greats? Obviously he still has a BCS Bowl game to play and a senior season, but where do you rank him now and where do you expect him to end up after another season?
Some notable OSU QB's:
Krenzel won a national championship. Was he a better QB?
Smith had as much team success and a Heisman.
Bobby Hoying was a damn good QB and played in the NFL.
Joe Germaine had a great senior season, but was only a full time starter one season.
Guys before my time, but are usually brought up in the OSU greats discussion:
Art Schlichter and Rex Kern -

that_guyMy rankings of OSU QB's that I remember watching:
1) Troy Smith
2) Bobby Hoying
3) Joe Germaine (most people will have him over Hoying and maybe Smith. I just can't let go of the Michigan State game)
4) Terelle Pryor (for now- good chance at #1 based on his previous year over year improvements and having a year left)
5) Krenzel
6) Greg Frey
7) K. Graham (don't remember him very well)
8) S. Jackson
9) Bellisari
