Ohio State vs. Miami (OH) - Fri. 4:00

  • Ankle Breaker
Odd starting time. Wondering how this game shapes up as the Bucks prep for the next game at Fla State on Tuesday? Just take 'em one at a time. I assume Buford will be back.

Miami's style of play can make any team look uninterested. They play ungodly slow and always do a good job at controlling tempo. Looks like Ohio State finally opened it up in the 2nd half.

If Matta doesn't want to run sets to get Diebler shots, he should put Diebler on the bench.

Good point. OSU has 66 pts on 67 possessions. OSU was pretty solid defensively for most of the game. They also didn't look for Sullinger much until later in second half. Once they started doing that, thats when they pretty much took control. Lighty got hot the last 10 min of the game as well.

Not sure I agree about the bench. Diebler played a pretty good floor game. And he looks to throw the ball down to Sullinger more then anyone. But I believe he only took 2 maybe 3 shots on the game and I recall OSU running only 1 set for him in the entire evening. A bit puzzling to be honest. But thats the good thing about this team....you never know how is going to step up and score. Diebler had 20 last game, Lighty 21 tonite, Thomas got some points. And Sullinger had 12 pts. This team is very well balanced and difficult to defend with all their options offensively.
