Trying to understand your rationale with Auburn struggling against a 5-5 Georgia team, LSU blowing out UL-Monroe, and Oregon falling 3 spots, including past Boise who won in the Kibbie Dome? -

Zombaypirate#1 Boise St It is not really that close all the other pretenders have been exposed with weaknesses.
#2 TCU San Diego st is no joke they were beat by "alleged" powerhouse Nebraska by 3
#3 Auburn I still think they will get rocked by Alabama but have to give them some love for being undefeated. The defense is horrible and would get scalded by Boise St.
#4 Oregon A flat terrible game against Cal? Cal? really Cal? Cal is not a good football team, perhaps average, but certainly not good.
#5 Stanford Very formidible team balanced in all facets of the game
#6 Wisconsin putting up 83 will open some eyes and show casing the future players Wisconsin has something to look forward to.
#7 LSU a great defense will always put you in a position to win if they had the Qb from any of the above teams they might be the best team in the nation.
#8 Ohio St. Too many weaknesses to be amongst the elite, but a very good team.
Does not matter after this. -

Zombay - SD State didn't play Nebraska. Maybe you meant Missouri.....or "5-5 alleged powerhouse" BYU as that 3-pt loss that proves they are no slouch? -

You are correct I went off the top of my head and it was Mizzou. SD St is still no slouch.
Can't wait for those bowl games Boise St at 9th LMAO. -

So how good does that make "alleged" powerhouse Nebraska....or Texas Tech for that matter, since they both did what SD State couldn't do?
I'm interested to know what it takes to be good or great in your mind. Weren't you all over Oklahoma when they were #1, but SD State with their one win over a winning team is some kind of statement game? -
