Gerhart is a beast

Gerhart is just a retarded runner. Just ripped off a 19 yarder while trucking anything in his path.

    A BEAST! Hell yeah!

How did Ohio State not grab this guy? Someone better be losing their job over this.

If Harbaugh stays around they'll be perenially terrible no more; he's figured out how to find athletes that can qualify academically around there

I wonder how he'll turn out at the next level against the sick athletes in the NFL.

Oh LOL, they let him score? Joke. ND can't stop him, no one can stop him!

29 carries for 205 yards and 3 TDs, plus an 18 yard TD pass, and a 33 yard reception.

I thought McCoy was a lock for the Heisman if he plays well against Nebraska, but Gerhart is making a statement!

I've said many times before that Gerhart is a beast. Not sure who is arguing that. I just don't think he's going to win the Heisman. Out of the current candidates......I'd prefer that he win the Heisman.

Not sure he'd be a TB in the NFL, probably would be asked to put on weight and be a TE or FB

No, he'll be a RB in the NFL. It's not always about speed, but he does have breakaway speed once he reaches the second level. The dude is a BEAST.

    He better win the Heisman.

Oh, and he still plays baseball. I believe he's the starting CF on Stanford.

I firmly believe after todays game, Tebow wins the Heisman. Not because he deserves, but because the media wants him to have it.

Notice how no one attempted to tackle him and just kind of stood there? Yeah, of course you didn't, you're an idiot.

LOL, it WOULDN'T have mattered!!! That's the whole point! ND couldn't stop him anyway, he was averaging 7.1 YPC, you think he wasn't going to score even if they tried?

Highroller....I sure hope not especially after he got another BS touchdown when the game was well over to pad his stats. I think it should be between McCoy and Gerhart.
  • Lovejoy1984
Oh I do too. But I'm sure you've seen ESPN this week, I'm glad I missed it today. But the media will do whatever they can to get Tebow the Heisman.

Typical ND spin. They didn't try to tackle him because what's the point? Your team is going to lose anyway, might as well save yourself from injury. Plus, if you tackle him this play, the next play he's just going to score anyway. 200+ yards is 200+ yards no matter how much ND fans try to spin it.

Hand him the Heisman....with that game.
  • osudarby08
White Running Back + Actually good+ actually could win the Heisman= Toby Gerhart , which therefore = LOVED by osudarby08

That performance will leave a strong mark in Heisman voters' minds, being his last game and all. I had kind of dismissed him until I watched about 2 minutes of last night's game.

Ingram, Tebow, McCoy, and Spiller all can make a mark next weekend.

After hearing about this kid for several weeks, I saw him play for the first time against ND last night.
All I can say is WOW! Very impressive, one helluva football player!
    WOW!

I only saw the last 2 plays of the game when I got home from the game I went to yesterday. I thought it was very cool of Harbaugh to say 'talk to him' and he put Gerhart in front of the camera.
