Mizzouri At Nebraska

    Who ya got?

I have Nebraska pulling the upset 31 24.

I know I spelled Missouri wrong it's a play on words. Nebraska fan for years have called Missouri Misery so that's why I spelled it like that.

Not much of an upset Nebraska is a better team.

^^^I agree. I think Missouri played well against Oklahoma but is due for a reality check against Nebraska.

Gabbert is playing lights out he will give Misery a chance in this one. But being at Lincoln and having a #1 hangover I think Nebraska gets it done.

This will only be an upset rankings-wise. Nebraska will probably be favored. 'Huskers win.

Nebraska is a 7 point favorite.

I think Neb wins this going away.

Missouri is legit, after watching them on Saturday. I expect Nebraska to win, but wouldn't be surprised if Missouri can pull it off. If they do win, they would have as impressive of a resume as any team.

Definitely pullin' for the 'Huskers in this one.

Their OOC schedule was Illinois, McNeese State, San Diego State, and Miami (OH).

Their conference wins have been Colorado, A&M (first and only road game of the year so far), and of course Oklahoma.

If they won, they would have 2 good wins on the season. I'm not really seeing the "resume' being better than anyone elses" point?

They would have beat Illinois, Oklahoma and Nebraska.

    The other undefeateds would be:
Auburn: LSU, Arkansas, SC, Clemson and Miss St.
Oregon: Stanford, Arizona St and UCLA
Boise: Virginia Tech and Oregon State
    TCU: Oregon State and Baylor
    Michigan State: Michigan, Wisconsin, ND
    Utah: Pitt

Now, its a big if, that they win. But those wins over Oklahoma and Nebraska are more impressive than anyone else, other than maybe Auburn.
    Michigan State:

Illinois isn't even close to a good team though lol all they've beaten is Oklahoma (I mean really, no one believed they were the #1 team; they were simply there becuase everyone else was losing). They haven't beaten Nebraska yet, but if you do count that, you also have to assume MSU beats Iowa on the road, Oregon beats USC on the road, and Alabama beats LSU on the road. I would actually argue that Missouri's resume' is one of the worst of those schools listed. I mean they've only played 1 road game.

I kind of like Mizzou in this one. Somehow I think they're able to string together the momentum and keep it going on the road

You make some good points. This is another big week in college football and teams at the top have a chance to really start separating themselves, or establishing themselves as frauds.

I think I will start to place positions in BCS bowls after this weekend.

If MSU can somehow pull out a win in Iowa City, they've got a great chance to play in Glendale. Same with Oregon.

On the same note, if Nebraska wins against Missouri they will have beaten two undefeated teams in consecutive weeks. (Oklahoma State and Missouri). They could see a nice jump in the polls, should be in the drivers seat to win the Big 12, and reach a BCS bowl.

I think Nebraska has this one. They would be undefeated right now if their receivers didn't drop 3 or 4 wide open touchdowns against Texas a couple weeks back. They're the better team IMO.
