I thought the gap between Ohio State and Oregon would be close.

Also about where I thought Florida would drop.

    GO BUCKS!
  • vball10set
nice to see, but the target just got bigger--GO BUCKS!!!!
  • Blanket
There have to be quite a bit of people that have Ohio State low for the gap to be that close.

In Oregon's defense, they have a really awesome offense and they play trash teams (Stanford's eeking out of a win last night showed how good they really are).

They remind me of Michigan, except a bit less one-dimensional on offense. They'll drop a Pac-10 game in the coming weeks.

I'm not sure how 1 loss Alabama is ranked ahead of 1 loss South Carolina.

    Wrong info.

All that needs to be said about Oregon State is "James Madison".
They have lost 2 games to teams ranked in the top 5, both on the road. They were competitive in both of those games. Then they go on the road and beat a top 10 team. They have played the #1 ranked schedule in the country to date. Not sure what "James Madison" has to do with Oregon State?

Didn't Ohio State and Boise State run a gangbang on Oregon last season?

Once again, glad this poll is as worthless as the ratrds that vote in it.

Wrong team, shit! :o  For some reason I was thinking I had wrote Virginia Tech, but obviously I was wrong as the Hokies aren't ranked.

Alabama ahead of South Carolina is a complete joke
  • Blanket
Alabama should not be ahead of LSU or South Carolina

Ok that would have made a little more sense. I was thoroughly confused.

I don't like us being #1. Especially headed into Madison. Wisconsin is coming off a trashing of Minnesota(yes, I know Goldy Gopher is turrible this year) and we've played poorly our last two trips on the road there.

IMO LSU, even @ 6-0 should not be a top 25 team. They might be the worst 6-0 team in America.

    'Bama would curbstomp LSU.

The Bucks need an impressive showing @ Wisky to widen that gap between them and Oregon.

I don't see how Utah can be ahead of Michigan State.

It doesn't matter one iota if Ohio State finishes 2nd to Oregon.
  • vball10set
    ^^^I agree--as long as we're in the top 2

Too bad this poll means as much as our polls on this site.

OSU 49 1st place votes and 1455 points to Oregon's 6 1st place votes and 1388 points in the Coaches Poll.

Some where down the road Wisconsin will pay the piper. They went for 2 at the end of the game against Minnesota when they went up by 25.

They are ranked higher than 1 team that is 6-0.
