Should the Sun Belt and MAC conferences be forced to go FCS?

  It appears that some FCS teams are making more noise than the Sun Belt and the MAC. I am wondering if anyone thinks that those conferences should be moved to the FCS instead of the FBS?
  
  I am not in favor or against, I just wonder if anyone else has thought about this and if it would improve FBS football?

  No, especially since the moratorium against FBS teams moving up to 1A will be up after this year and several schools (including, but not limited to: Texas at San Antonio, Texas State, Jacksonville State, and possible Appalachian State, UMass, Montana, Sacramento State, Delaware, James Madison, Valparaiso, Georgia Southern, and a whole slew of others) are looking to make this move. This will help round out these conferences.
  
  I will say that the gap between the BCS conferences and the non-BCS conferences is slowly widening.

  I am seeing a big gap between the MWC, WAC and the MAC and Sunbelt as well.
