And if some of you ND fans wan to start throwing crap around as you are, and name players personally, which I happen to think is out of line, I could do the same. I personally know some current and former ND players. Same shit goes on there as well. So don't kid yourself with your better then thou BS. But I refuse to get into a name game on a public forum. That is for low class individuals in my book.
And if you can't take a joke..get the f out.
Lastly, I could care less how "Closson" is spelled!
NO sarcasm in this post in case you couldn't figure that out!
Uh yeah, ok. -

That was exactly my point, IT HAPPENS EVERYWHERE. Athletes often take the easy route academically, including Clausen and Tate. Communications majors are a joke. -

Sorry, CBF....but you sorta contradict yourself in that bold text.centralbucksfan;463801 wrote:Ha ha...believe you me little guy...I have probably lapped you educationally, a few times! But I don't feel the need to thump my chest, or do a freakin spell check on here!

Saying you could care less means that well... you could care less, so you do actually care. The phrase is "couldn't care less".centralbucksfan;463801 wrote: Lastly, I could care less how "Closson" is spelled!! -

ESPN NCAAF - Schad: North Carolina may be without up to 16 players Saturday vs. LSU due to possible suspensions
ESPN Article

A source said North Carolina may have to play without seven defensive starters, including numerous high draft choice projections.
Among the players in danger of not traveling with North Carolina Friday are: Austin, Quinn, linebackers Bruce Carter and Quan Sturdivant and cornerbacks Kendric Burney and Charles Brown.
A source said North Carolina may also be depleted at running back on Saturday. The top two running backs for the Tar Heels following spring practice were Shaun Draughn and Ryan Houston. Wide receiver Greg Little has also been questioned about his trips, agents and papers.
The Tar Heels are working with the NCAA and hope to be able to decide before Friday morning which players will not make the trip and which should be held out for precautionary reasons, a source said.

SpeedofsandOK, its ugly now for UNC. 12 players out, maybe 15.
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=5527407
Six North Carolina starters -- defensive tackle Marvin Austin, cornerback Charles Brown, cornerback Kendric Burney, wide receiver Greg Little, defensive end Michael McAdoo and defensive end Robert Quinn -- have been declared ineligible for the Tar Heels' season-opening game against No. 21 LSU for "violating school and/or NCAA rules," the university announced Friday.
Three more defensive starters -- linebackers Quan Sturdivant and Bruce Carter and safety Deunta Williams -- are not traveling with the team but hope to be cleared in time to play Saturday. -
cats gone wildIts 15 now. Yeah, it stinks. I would rather them play each other full strength. I believe LSU has 4 starters injured for this game anyways. This wont help LSU (if they win) in the polls.
There will be some funny signs at college gameday from LSU fans about the UNC situation though. -
Little DannyButch Davis could be fired before the season is over the way this is looking. This is not good for the Tar Heels. I wonder if they will get the same type of sanctions that USC got; loss of bowl eligibility for two years, four years of probation, loss of 30 scholarships over three years, etc.

MulvaHell of a comeback by UNC tonight. 2 great shots to win it in the end zone in the final seconds.
Nearly epic meltdown day in the SEC. Tarheels had no business being in that game with what they fielded. Great performance from Yates. -
Ironman92I hate LSU
UNC dropped 2 catchable balls with 2 seconds left and as time expired -
daveProbably interference on the last one. The screen for 5 yards from about the 10 yard line with 15 seconds left was a terrible decision. They got the 5 yards but lost another shot to go into the endzone and shortened up the field for the defense.

I think Butch is finished. He will get fired or resign at seasons end and I think his coaching career is over unless he heads off to some smaller school. -

Of head back to the NFL. One could argue he's the best coach the Browns have had since their rebirth. -

Ha...thats not saying much! -
sjmvsfscs08North Carolina's four-star QB commit, Everett Golson, has set a visit to Notre Dame. He must think UNC may become USC-East in terms of who is in the NCAA's doghouse.

I did see that last week sometime. He still considers himself a solid commitment, which would make it odd that he is setting up visits.sjmvsfscs08;516349 wrote:North Carolina's four-star QB commit, Everett Golson, has set a visit to Notre Dame.
