    Looks good to me...

    Link?

ESPN had a different one on their site a few days after all of the shifting happened.

On first glace it looks like it says FAG 10.

But upon looking closer, I do like it.

I randomly saw it on a twitpic.

There was no caption or anything with it and I have no idea who it came from lol.

Did some "research." I was looking at this http://twitpic.com/2frs27 and it was listed on there as a twitpic from the user.

They have different color schemes for each school to use. That would obviously be the ASU or USC adaptation.

    Yeah this.

I just stalked through that dude's twitter and found where he posted the pic.
New @Pac10 logo looks good in @ASU Maroon & Gold too: http://twitpic.com/29bw3l

But FWIW, I really like the logo.

Really not bad and ties Utah in with the mountain in the center.
  • wildcats20
Yeah and the blue swail(?) across the mountain brings the Pacific part back into the logo.

    doesn't look too bad

This has been out for a few weeks now. They unveiled it during their summer media days a few weeks ago.

And the cactus helps to reassure the Arizona schools.....oh wait....

    And Colorado.

I like it a lot, and I really like that each school has their own color scheme logo, very unique.

But neither Colorado nor Utah is IN the PAC 10. I think the mountain is there to represent that volcano that is going to explode and level Washington.
  • gorocks99
They're just going to put a 12 where the 10 is now when Colorado and Utah join next year.

I know, I just wanted to be sure I was the first to predict the volcano eruption.

No, I actually believe that they announced they will not be changing the name Pac-10. I think that will still be the name even with 12 teams. This is the new logo meant to represent the new Pac-10, which is neither Pacific or 10.

I must've missed that. I actually remember reading somewhere exactly what gorocks said, that they specifically designed the logo to allow for the change to a "2" when the time comes. Also, notice that they don't have the two new schools included in the color scheme yet. I'd still be they change it at some point.

That may be but I thought they said during their media days that they would be keeping the name, but I could be mistaken. Also, as of right now, only Utah is joining next year and Colorado is slated to make the move in 2012. Now, it's still a possibility that they will move next year, but right now they aren't.

Name will change, and Colorado will most likely have the 2011 exit plan ironed out with the Big 12 by the fall.
