Which coach deserves the axe the most....
-
Manhattan Buckeyegranted the season isn't over, but who deserves the axe the most?
-
BuckeyeBlueMy vote is for Charlie Weis? Has Notre Dame beat a ranked opponent during his tenure? If Jimmy Clausen goes to the NFL (and I think he probably should), what is next season looking like for ND? If its already going to be a down season because of the players on the field, I would think it would make sense to start over at coach as well.
Weis would have no problems hooking on as a coordinator in the NFL again. You know some team will give him a chance to run their offense, if not as a head coach in the NFL. -

1A. Groh man is he lousy or what. -
Seymour ButtsDick Rod easily. 1-7 in the big 10? Are we talking about Northwestern or Mich? I would be ashamed to be a Mich fan right now. Back to back losing seasons...pathetic, unless they have accepted their new tradition of sucking the big one.

mallymal614Fridge still coaching? I forgot all about him. About 5-7 years ago he was one of the hottest coaches on the market.

burt07I voted for Kragthorpe. That was a program on the brink of becoming a powerhouse and they have just absolutely crumbled.

killer_ewokI voted for Weis but surprised that Al Groh doesn't have a single vote as of this moment.

They should have been 0-8 in the Big Ten. The Refs certainly helped them against Indiana.Seymour Butts wrote: Dick Rod easily. 1-7 in the big 10? Are we talking about Northwestern or Mich? I would have voted for Groh, had not Fridge screwed up so bad today against FSU.killer_ewok wrote: I voted for Weis but surprised that Al Groh doesn't have a single vote as of this moment. -

GOONx19Kragthorpe. I see Louisville a lot now that I'm in Kentucky, and he absolutely wrecked that program.

sportchamppsManginio is out as kansas for sure but thats more about a AD who loves himself and wants to hire his own guy. People in kansas actually think their program is good enough to get any coach in the nation. This week a guy actually told me they should bring in Gruden and that he thinks if they offered he would come in a second. This man is a huge sports fan and truly believes this.
-
Manhattan BuckeyeWhy would Mangino be out? The program this year isn't great, but two straight bowl wins including a BCS win? Is it because of the "abuse" allegations? Seriously, any guy that claims that a fatass like Mangino abused them needs to turn in their man card.
-
Manhattan BuckeyeHmm, the Weis voters may win.

I just love that picture. And the fact that he's pretty much fired already is why I posted itManhattan Buckeye wrote: Why would Mangino be out? OneBuckeyeHawkins is a joke and deserves to be fired. CU is a great university and deserves better. Weiss deserves to go as well. I would say all of those coaches deserve to go except for RR. He only has 2 years in and 1 of recruiting class... I think he can succeed if he gets more time.
-
redfalconI hate him and I hate Michigan, but there is no way dick rod should be on this list.
-
Azubuike24It's Steve Kragthorpe. He has taken a top 15 program nationally and the best team in the Big East to the worst team in the Big East and one of the worst programs in the country. The funny thing is, it's only going to get worse at Louisville.
-
redfalconAfter Weis, Hawkins. I think everyone on that list is gone except Rodriguez and maybe Fridge.

slingshot4everWeis and it is not even close.
