goosebumpsCompletely agree Danny. I look for UConn to compete for a Big east Championship this year. They play Michigan, Texas Southern, Temple and Vandy for their nonconference games and get West Virginia, Pitt, and UC at home this year. They definitely have the schedule to do great things this year.

killer_ewokI agree that there is more parity. I'm not worried about it. I just think that it's a wide-open year. I guess "down" is a harsh word to use.

sleeperHas anyone learned that Vtech is year in year out overrated?
I don't have a problem with the list, Ohio State is going to be in contention and that's all that matters to me. -
Big Red MonsterI think alot of people are sleeping on Florida this year.
With everything they lost, they still return a boatload of talent on offense.
The biggest concern will be on the defensive side of the ball. -
TBradyfanI'm pretty sure Michigan was #26 but does anyone know for sure? lol, certainly I am kidding!! #96

the biggest concern is a new defensive co-ordinator. They have as much talent on defense as they do offense. Just need the new talented young guys to gel with the returning starters.Big Red Monster wrote: I think alot of people are sleeping on Florida this year.

It seemed like the offenses had its way with the defenses in the Spring Game. Seemed like every QB did good. I never really put much stock in that game, but do you think that is good for the offense, bad for the defense, both, or neither?TheMightyGators wrote: the biggest concern is a new defensive co-ordinator. Little DannySpeaking of Spring Games, UC's Spring Game "Bearcat Bowl" will be on April 24th. Looking forward to seeing Butch Jones coaching the Cats and to see how good Vidal Hazelton and Kenbrell Thompkins are in action.

They also play Oregon State this year.ytownfootball wrote: So if Alabama, Ohio State and Boise State run the table you think Boise goes to the ship...don't count on it.
when your toughest opponent is VA Tech at a neutral site...well it matters -

I'm with you, I don't put any stock in spring games. Players are held out, things are limited on what they do, and you are playing everyone on the team to see what they can do.enigmaax wrote:

darbypitcher22I like that initial list. Hate those types of lists coming out this early, but if they've gotta come out, I think the guys who put that one together did a halfway decent job
