Hiland got a first place vote???? The Budget must have had a vote this time...lol

And, ASVM must be playing one hell of a schedule.

Their losses are to St. Eds, Warren Harding, Cleveland Heights, and Christ school NC.

I figured. The last couple of years they have been at state, their schedule was brutal.
  • wildcats20
6-4 and still 5th in the State. Damn.

How the heck is Northland not a unanimous #1. Why is Mentor getting a vote lol

Didn't they just get beat by a 1 or 2 win Fairless team on Friday night?
  • RedRider1
    ^^Yes. They were 5th last week, now they're 10th.

Orrville lost to Lexington and jumped 3 spots (20th to 17th).

That's the AP poll for you.

A team with 2 losses getting a 1st place vote in DI over Northland? ROFL!

DIV - Berlin Hiland still deserves to be ranked higher and will be by the end of the season (hopefully).

Mansfield Sr. plays Warren Harding on Sat 2/6 and follows that with Akron SVSM on Tues 2/9. Ouch.
At least they are both at home.

Just wait until the sports writers from the Homes County Hub and The Vendor get back from muzzle loader season.
