  Weights 3 days a week.
  Getting ready to start open hitting and throwing

  what are the rules on starting hitting, pitching, etc...

  As long as the coaches are not instructing and throwing you are ok.
  coaches just supervise and upperclassmen run open gym

  We got a lot of throwing and lifting at McClain and a lot of hard work coming in from the kids. The upperclassman are showing great leadership.
