Austintown - Poland's Ben Donlow netted 18 points as he led the still-undefeated Bulldogs to a win over Austintown Fitch in Fitch's Holiday Classic. Niko Fatimus also scored 14 for Poland (6-0), while David Baker and Luke Wollet each scored 12 points and Darius Patton contributed 10. DeAndre Richardson score the game-high 30 points for Fitch (7-1).
This was another big win for Poland, defeating the previously unbeaten Falcons. Again, the Dogs had 5 players in double digits and forced several turnovers with their fast-paced attack. Poland continues to put up big numbers this season and shows many great signs for a great season. Best of luck to both of these area teams the rest of the season. -

bulldog8Interesting difference in articles.....Vindicator suggests that Fitch is now 7-1, but the Tribune indicates that Fitch is 1-7. Can anyone clarify this discrepancy? If 7-1, the victory appears impressive for the Dogs. If 1-7, the Dogs need to improve in finishing a game after blowing a 31 point halftime lead to a struggling team.
