Well the start of the season is only two weeks away (crazy how fast time flies), so I thought I might as well get something started. Just a few opening comments:
Hiland obviously lost a ton. You simply can't replace the talent from the last few years, especially from last year's very deep and very talented senior class. With that said, I still think the Hawks can surprise people. They have a lot of young, inexperienced players, but Coach Schlabach is going to get the best out of those guys.
Garaway seems like they should be solid (as usual). Duane Troyer is a stud and should be one of the top players in the conference. Honigford and Walter are both talented as well.
Don't know a lot about Malvern. Kapron is a beast, and I know there is still at least one Tucci who plays.
I would look at those 3 teams to be near the top of the conference, but I admit I don't know a lot about some of the other teams. Ridgewood has a few very solid players and could be near the top as well. Don't really know much about Strasburg, TCC, Newcomerstown, or Sandy Valley.
It should definitely be a fun season yet again!
