  Columbus Dispatch spells out the details to Harvest Preps penalties in Thurs. paper. No tourny play for 2 years and a lot of oversight by the State.

  Some people think they got off easy. I can't say that. Sanctions seem to have sufficient ouch to them.
  
  Hopefully the HP and LRA situations will make schools think twice about taking shortcuts to success.
