blink180The SLL was formed in 1972 by former members of the Northern Lakes League, Sandusky Bay Conference and Lakeshore Conference. In May 2009, however, Rossford agreed to form a new league with Eastwood, Genoa, Lake, Otsego and Woodmore, all of whom are withdrawing from the SLL.

Elmwood beat Genoa last night for a Sectional Championship 12-5.
District semi at Defiance next thursday against Archbold I believe. -

Unreal. 9-17? What was Gibsonburg's record at that point?

birddog23Going into regionals in 2005 Gibsonburg was 10-17. In Eastwood's defense though, they have lost probably close to 10 games decided by less than 2 runs.

birddog23Yes Eastwood plays today now at 2pm. Freshman Nick Vespi will be pitching for the Eagles.

Doesn't look like it. According to the bracket on ohsaa.org, its at 2 pm today.
