  • Big Red Monster
There is a team here in Marion County (Ridgedale) who I believe has to hold that advantage early in the season.

They have allowed 217 runs in 14 games and scored 35

Here are the results of their games thus far

    16-1
    27-0
    21-1
    16-2
    32-0
    10-0
    21-0
    19-2
    13-1
    5-15
    14-1
    2-9
    10-2
    11-2

    sounds to me like either

    1) they schedule the weakest teams they can find....

    or

    2) the yankees better watch out, cause Ridgedale is a threat to win the world series.

    I'm goin' with #1....lol

I dont believe you read that right.

    Ridgedale has been outscored 122-4

    Good grief....my mistake, you're right.

They are scheduled to play again today, if they do I will have the results up in the morning.

And yes, I honestly dont know how they could be this bad.

those are the scores you find in the Columbus City League come sectional time and first round games...

There's a time from around my home town who has lost their last three games by a combined score of 86-1. I'm pretty sure they are giving Ridgedale a run at there record.

MVCDS in northwest ohio lost game #1 25-2. With 0 hits. They might compete for this title.

In the 7th game of the season, Ridgedale lost again, this time 21-0 to Highland.

I was at that game. The final score was very missleading. It was alot closer than the score would indicate.

    That's pretty awful.

They played a DH yesterday against Colonel Crawford and was outscored 32-3

    yikes....

This team needs to start playing JV teams or something. . . good grief.
  • darbypitcher22
    ^^^^

I have a feeling even that could turn out bad. There's probably some JV teams in Central Ohio that could beat them.
  • Big Red Monster
Without question the worst team in the state of Ohio.

There are Girls softball teams that would beat them.

Well, my hometown team lost consecutive games by scores of 33-0 and 43-1. However 2 of their other losses were only by 1 run so that may skew the run differential for the season.

Looks like this team would be fair competition against a so called pro team on the shores of Lake Erie.
  • darbypitcher22
    33-0 and 43-1? OUCH
  • Big Red Monster
    Hell must have frozen over.

    Yesterday, Ridgedale beat Ridgemont 15-5.

Ridgemont must been even worse than Ridgedale for that to have happened.

    Wow!
  • Big Red Monster
    Ridgedale lost again yesterday

    North Union got them 14-1

Hmm... maybe the Rdale/BV game will be a good one!

They had a DH with Upper Scioto Valley over the weekend and split.

Scored 11 and gave up 12.
