  Where did I say it had any effect on his ban length? I didn't. I was just pointing out that, IMO, if I were trying to get unbanned, I wouldn't be doing what I was banned for in ANY forum.
  
  Obviously his ban will be lifted when justin thinks it should be lifted. Maybe there is no set length on his ban and his ban length will be based on his "behavior"?

  The fact that you said "so you get banned for saying this, beg to be unbanned, yet, continue to say this. Lol. I realize it's the basement, but I'd say that's not going to help your chances much," would lead one to believe that his ban length was based on basement behavior. You don't have to directly say it... Not sure why you quoted "behavior," as there really was no other word choice.

  1st infraction = 1 week in the Basement. 2nd infraction = 1 month. So, Durkie will be eligible for parole around 9/2/12. 3rd infraction would result in a permanent Basement ban.
