  For fuck's sake! There is nothing illegal about the Cleveland football camp. Just like if Massillon wanted to hold a camp, it is perfectly legal. Or if Harding wanted to hold a camp, they can.
  
  The rule is that schools can hold football camps (or combines as you like to call them), as long as they are open to everyone.
