Skyhook also kinda fit that bill, as he did the Browns thing, but always seemed to post more on Bengals stuff to rag on them.
But I think it was the immortal fson/bbmind that you're thinking of. I do have to admit that aspects of his game were hilarious. Like Detroit in baseball went from the Wild Card to the World Series and he's ripping on them because since the divisions got changed in baseball, Cleveland still had more division championships and that was what mattered. LOL. -
