Yeah because Kobe has a history of faking injuries and not playing if he is hurt.

The Lakers play a series like this every year. No worries until they get beat 4 times in a series.

    CP3 with 27/13/15

My guess is Kobe wasn't guarding him?

I'm on sky's side (though I don't like it there)

Kobe got his shoe caught and turned his ankle pretty good. His shoes being low cut couldn't have helped. I imagine it swelled up pretty good once he took his shoe off after the game. Questioning Kobe's toughness in any way is pretty silly. I would bet Kobe will be 90% by the next game.....with extra focus to make up for his ankle not being 100%. I'll call a 27-5-4 game and a 9 point Lakers win.

Kobe was guarding him him in the first half. Paul didn't score much because he missed a good amount of time after an elbow split open his eye. When he was in it was a joke, CP3 hit Kobe with a Tim Hardaway like crossover which I think first injured Kobe's ankle. Kobe did a good job of hiding the pain until late in the 4th quarter.

Derrick Rose is questionable for Game 5: http://sports.espn.go.com/chicago/nba/news/story?id=6425515

    He'll play.

lol'd. Kobe is not a top 50 defender in the league. They want to crown this guy the next MJ, but he's simply not a good defender.

Chris Paul is my favorite player, so it makes me happy he had a 25+, 10+, and 15+ playoff game for the second time in NBA history with it happening to be against Kobe Bryant, who has so many nut huggers.

Kobe guarded him in the first half wasn't on him at all in the 2nd half. Paul scored 4 pts in the first half and played 19 of the 24 minutes in the half.

What half was it where Paul crossed over and went around the defender for an uncontested layup? Who was said defender?

I saw Kobe on Paul in the second half, and I only watched the game for about 45 minutes.

Kobe cant guard Cp3 for a full game..period

Maybe in spurts, but there is nobody on LA that can guard him for a full game

It was the first half...2 minutes left and it was Paul's only basket of the half.

He dissed Bynum pretty bad then hit a fade away in his eyeball, but thats not saying much. It was pretty funny though.

Probally ended up on him a few times from a pick and roll situation but he wasn't assigned to him in the 2nd half.

haha yeah he was doing that the entire second half. Would call for a screen and roll from whoever Bynum was guarding. He did do it to Kobe in the first half too.

Kobe was on him on the last play. He beat Kobe then dished it when the bigs came at him. Good try though.

Paul said in the post game interview that Kobe played great D on him and was about to try to shoot the worst shot in his life before he passed it. Good try though.

Players always say that shit, they rarely throw eachother under the bus in post game interviews

The Spurs are not a great basketball team like SOOOOOOOO many people want to think.

    Memphis is just better.

Someone laughed at me when I said the Spurs were there for the taking.
