Don't you believe that people who don't have the ability to make most any situation not boring do have the ability to look for other people or events to keep their life not boring?? Most people I have seen do have that ability although I'm sure there are some that don't I guess.

That's not to say that some simply choose to find those entertaining people or events whether they have the ability or not.
