  Because Capone left. That's why it's dead. But you know how he is, he will show up as soon as he thinks everyone has forgot about the Steelers losing the Super Bowl or something else bad happens in Cleveland, then the basement will be needed again.

  Eh, it's dead at the moment because people are behaving. But to remove it would be pointless; there are certain individuals who won't be able to resist that temptation to troll especially once football season comes around. Typically Basketball and Baseball don't become that emotional... but football is a different beast in Ohio.
